The service, the food and wine was absolutely stellar. From the hostess to the service, everything went phenomenal and i could not ask for more. Federico the waiter was outstanding and spot on in recommendations. Their fillet and lobster tail was is a must try dish in my opinion. The manager Keith was great and was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for great service. By the way, they have a wine list that is amazing.

The ambiance is welcoming and clean, great for family gathering, celebrating a birthday or graduation. The servers are well dressed and ready to assist and answer any questions you may have or make a suggestion. I loved how close it is to me and would love to come back for my special occasion and try their desserts. This time my family and I had a lunch with many good options and didn't get a chance to try their desserts. Next time I will, I promise . Acquolina is an Italian family style restaurant in Weston. They have sitting options inside and outside too. We were inside with chill atmosphere since Florida summer is pretty hot. I loved the variety of menu options, anything from salads, appetizers, meat, variety of seafood options, pasta, pizza, and many more. I went with Eggplant Parmigiana and it was delicious. We also tried mussels, calamari, caprese salad with mozzarella and tomatoes. My sister had a risotto. I loved the taste and texture of my dish. I recommend to anyone who is in Weston or near to visit this restaurant and you will not regret it. I will come back .

Truly a 5-star dinner. We had a family celebration and there were 12 of us. The service was great from beginning to end. The team was friendly, gracious and professional. Even with the difficult layout of a straight 12-top. We had ordered family style and we were each served individually by the staff. The food was equally top notch. I had forgotten how good some of these Italian "classics" could be. Nothing overly sauced or too cheesy. Perfectly fried calamari. Beautiful pasta. Nice wine list.

Acquolina hosted a surprise birthday party for my dad this weekend and it was a great event. 55 people comfortably fit on the large patio, seated in groups of 8-10 at large rounds or 6 tops. The tables were nicely set with comfortable chairs, cloth napkins, fresh baked bread and, upon request, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Parmesan to mix for dipping. The meal was served family style by server, table to table, which ran extremely well. They also brought refills for wine and beer too. In the food, the fried calamari and the calamari arrabiata was great, especially with the bread to dip. The stuffed mushrooms was the surprise, being impressively delicious. The sole entree was so good, with a nice crust and light sauce, the eggplant Parmesan was ridiculously cheesy, and the penne alla vodka was so rich and flavorful. The veal had good flavor but I thought it was a little tough and overcooked. That was the inky thing that wasn't a home run. Seevers were friendly and attentive. Happy to answer questions and deftly handle any situation during service. It was a fantastic party thanks to the team here. Thank you!

After a long day at work, i wanted something a bit different for dinner and choose Acquolina. Wanting something on the lighter side, I ended up picking the Lobster Ravioli which was simply amazing. I have had some Lobster Ravioli in the past that were super heavy but this version was light and simply delicious. I would highly recommend this place for the food, the excellent services and just a great overall atmosphere.

The mussels are fresh but pricey. It is extremely busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Nice outside rear patio seating. It has a small bar as soon as you enter. Would recommend for a date night out with your significant other.

Everything I had was absolutely delicious. I think I had the short rib and some pasta. Everything was so flavorful and they have great portions. The service and ambiance were great. The bar had its own scene going on but not overpowering a nice dining experience. They have a good balance. I would definitely come back.

I am from Boston but I am on a stomach cancer organization board of directors and we had an in person meeting. I can't describe to you how wonderful this place is. Like amazing service. Everyone in this restaurant is so nice! I don't remember what I everyone at our table got big 2 shared a salad and the server actually served our salad on both their plates. My fellow stomachless friend and I shared 2 appetizers. The eggplant formaggio and the meatball Wellington. It worked out because each appetizer had 2 of each. Our server served one of each on both of our plates. We are used to having to split ourselves in the cold cruel northeast :) We literally yelled as we savored the taste because it was so good. Our wine was incredible too. We got a glass of Willamette valley Riesling. Delicious! We sat outdoors which made the experience even better. So glad we were treated to this divine place.
